Grab your mat and join us for Yoga in the Sunflowers with Nora Doebrich of Flower City Yoga. This class will take place outside in our sunflower fields. At the end of the class, relax and enjoy a half hour stroll and photos in our sunflower fields. All participants will be able to cut 5 sunflowers to take home. Advance reservations required. Space is limited. Please bring a water bottle. This class will take place under a tent in the event of inclement weather.
Yoga Details: Participants will be guided through gentle flows/ movements to warm up our bodies and release any stress or tension we may be holding onto within our minds and bodies. Then we will move into holding poses to increase strength, flexibility, and focus. We will finish our practice with a guided meditation to encourage relaxation and stress-release. This is a wonderful way to connect with your own body and mind while unwinding from a busy day. Practicing yoga outdoors, allows us to let go and deepen our connection with the peace that lives within us and the peace that surrounds us. In a world where we are so often rushing from one thing to the next, this practice of slowing down is so important. Give yourself this gift and you will leave feeling centered, refreshed and calm.
