Come enjoy the end of summer and beginning of fall by exploring the sheer beauty and colors of tens of thousands of sunflowers. This spring, Wickham Farms planted over 85 thousand individual sunflower seeds and 15 different varieties to cover a 5-acre field completely with beautiful sunflowers - that's about four football fields of sunflowers! Whether you want to soak in the picturesque scenes, pick your own sunflowers, get lost in our giant (five-acre) corn maze, ride a hayride through the vegetable fields and apple orchard, enjoy fresh donuts, test your aim with our brand new apple cannons, or pick your own early-season apples, the Sunflower Spectacular will offer something to talk about for years to come! Don't forget your cameras as the perfect picture (and selfie) spots will be plentiful!
The Sunflower Spectacular is located at the Wickham Farms vegetable fields and apple orchard at 1303 Sweets Corners Road in Penfield, NY (across Route 250 from the main Wickham Farms barn). Parking will be available on site at 1303 Sweets Corners Road for no additional charge with a paid ticket.
The event will run from 11AM to 4PM on Saturday, August 26th; Sunday, August 27th; Saturday, September 2nd; and Sunday, September 3rd. For photography questions and requests, please see our photography guidelines.
General Admission tickets are $5 per person online and $7 per person at the gate. Children 2 and under are free. Premium Admission and Ultimate Admission tickets are also available.
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Golisano Children's Hospital for this year’s Sunflower Spectacular event! Wickham Farms will be donating sunflower bouquets from the festival to help #SpreadTheSunshine for all of the wonderful people staying and working in the hospital
