Nora Doebrich of Flower City Yoga will conduct an interactive story time in our newly renovated Events Barn that includes fun yoga poses and creative movement. All ages are welcome. Bring a yoga mat if you have one!
We will begin with a little movement and yoga games to build awareness within our bodies. Then we will read a special story and incorporate some yoga poses into the story telling. Each group will carry a meaningful theme through the yoga and story, encouraging children to expand their imagination and explore the link between body and mind. We will finish with some breathing exercises and relaxation time, to connect with our inner peace.
Cost for this event will be $5/child. No charge for parents/guardians. Tickets will be capped at 35 children. We are offering two sessions of this class. One at 11AM on 8/15 and one at 5PM on 8/15.
All Wickham Farms "Fun" activities will be open before and after the event. The kitchen will be open for lunch and dinner as well.
